Free standard shipping on every product

Every Furruvi product comes with free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum order value and no discount code is required. The shipping charge for eligible orders is CHF 0.00.

Where we deliver

Availability depends on the product and destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm that all items in your order can be delivered. We do not accept orders to destinations without an available shipping option.

Dispatch and delivery

Products may be dispatched directly by our fulfillment partners from different locations, including overseas. Dispatch location depends on the item and availability. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. For a current delivery estimate, contact us with the product name and delivery country before ordering. Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date; customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Tracking and order updates

When tracking information is available, we will include it in your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. Contact us if you need help with your shipment.

Customs and import charges

Free shipping covers standard delivery. Destination taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance charges may apply separately where they are not collected at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and carrier.
